Refund policy
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges as outlined below.
We cannot offer shipping refunds due to the late arrival of the package. Once packages are sent out, delivery timing is out of our control and the responsibility of USPS, UPS, or the local international mail service.
All SALE items are final and not eligible for exchange.
Online orders can be exchanged or refunded until the point of shipping.
As noted, we do not offer refunds but are happy to work with you on exchanges on orders within 30 days if the product has not been worn and is in its original intact packaging.
Any orders shipped back are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the exchange value.
For international orders, you will be responsible for shipping costs for exchange.
We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your merchandise; please allow 7-14 days for the exchange to process.
We reserve the right to reject exchanges not meeting our stated requirements.
We do not take responsibility for any lost packages during return shipping.
In-store exchanges are available if the product has not been worn, is in its original intact packaging, or is subject to the external replacement policy.
Exchanges are valid only within 60 days of purchase.
